Carolina is a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2019. With 7 years of experience across home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings, she brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt dedication to the families she serves. She earned her Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Mount St. Mary's University.
Throughout her career, Carolina has supervised and mentored behavior technicians, developed individualized treatment plans, conducted ongoing data analysis, and collaborated closely with interdisciplinary teams including speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physicians, and educators. She is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services that empower both clients and their families.
Carolina’s professional goal is to see meaningful and lasting progress in every client she serves by ensuring that safety, compassion, and dignity remain at the heart of all intervention. She believes that when individuals feel respected and supported, they are better positioned to grow and thrive.
Outside of her professional work, Carolina enjoys reading mystery and fantasy novels, spending quality time with family and friends, exploring national forests, visiting Joshua Tree, and making magical memories at Disneyland. Her warm and positive spirit carries into her work, where she strives to create an encouraging and inspiring environment for the families she supports.
