Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) – Part-Time Starting August 2025
Location: South Bay, West LA, Long Beach (Hybrid: in-person &
remote as needed)
Compensation: $70–$75/hour
Hours: Minimum 10–15 billable hours/week | Flexible Schedule
Uniquely Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team starting August 2025. We are a value-based -driven agency dedicated to providing compassionate care, assent-based, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming ABA therapy and adaptive programs for children and families across Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:
● Provide direct and indirect supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs)
● Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
● Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
● Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams
● Maintain clear documentation in compliance with insurance and agency
standards
● Participate in clinical team meetings, ongoing training, and case reviews
Requirements:
● Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
● Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of ABA
● Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt to family and client needs
● Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service areas

Registered Behavior Technician
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join Uniquely. As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and providing support to help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve working with a team of professionals, providing direct one-on-one therapy sessions, collecting data, and contributing to the overall success of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, utilizing ABA techniques and strategies.
- Conducting sessions in various settings such as their homes, schools, or within the community.
- Assist clients in acquiring and developing skills related to communication, socialization, daily living, and behavior management
- Duties also include collecting, organizing, and summarizing behavioral data related to the child's treatment goals and tracking progress.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals, including BCBAs and other Behavior Technicians, to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in ABA
- Maintain a professional and ethical attitude, adhering to agency policies and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members to promote effective collaboration and client progress
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and follow HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician Certification
- Knowledge and experience in ABA treatment methodologies (e.g., Incidental Teaching, Discrete Trial Training, Compassionate care).
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to follow directions, work independently, and adapt to changing circumstances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license (if required for home-based services)
Working Conditions:

The role may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate clients' needs, including evenings and weekends.
