Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Jessica Pusateri-Lewis is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of leadership experience and a profound commitment to the neurodivergent community. Jessica’s career is defined by her ability to combine clinical precision with a warm, heart-centered approach to patient care.

Her professional expertise spans the full spectrum of ABA environments, including managing center-based programs and providing high-impact in-home therapy. This dual perspective ensures that her interventions are as clinically sound as they are practical for family life. Jessica further bridges the gap between therapy and the classroom with two years of experience as a Special Education teacher, giving her a unique understanding of how to support students and parents within the school system.

A standout aspect of Jessica’s practice is her ability to integrate the arts into clinical growth. Leveraging her BA in Theater and Dance from UCSD, she has a specialized background in teaching performing arts to neurodivergent children, using creative expression to build confidence. This creative lens fuels her success in leading social skills groups and teaching essential coping skills, helping her students navigate the world with resilience and joy.

With a Master’s in Teaching with specialization in ABA from National University, Jessica is a fierce advocate for independence. Her mission is to empower every child to acquire the skills necessary to learn, live, and work in the least restrictive environments possible. Based in Redondo Beach, she is dedicated to helping her students become active, vibrant, and independent members of their families and communities.

In Jessica's free time she loves gardening and spending time in the sunshine with her husband and kids.perations Director
