Danny Uesugi M.A., BCBA

Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Danny was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and raised in the Bay Area before moving to Southern California, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Chapman University.

In high school, Danny discovered a passion for supporting youth while coaching baseball and soccer teams. This commitment to helping young individuals grew as he worked as an RBT and later completed a Master’s Degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.

Danny is now a BCBA with over seven years of experience working with individuals ages 3-22. He has experience in schools collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Speech and Occupational Therapists, as well as in home and clinic settings, working closely with parents, caregivers, and siblings. Positive experiences are the focal point for Danny when working with families and team members. He prioritizes autonomy, values teamwork, and encourages celebrating all progress, no matter how small.

Outside of work, Danny enjoys being active outside, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family.
