Her experience working across healthcare settings has strengthened her ability to communicate with families, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate services, and ensure that clients receive thoughtful and personalized support.

Odalis is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others and is excited to contribute her healthcare knowledge, leadership skills, and client-centered approach to the behavioral therapy community.
Outside of work, Odalis enjoys being active, going to the beach, and spending quality time with her dog, friends, and family.
