Born and raised in Pasadena, CA, Jocelyne Diaz Munoz brings over five years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with developmental disabilities. Her passion for working with children began during her undergraduate studies, where she initially aimed to pursue a career in child development or neonatal nursing. She earned two Associate of Arts degrees-one in Social and Behavioral Sciences and another in Natural Sciences-from Pasadena City College.

While pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Public Health at Cal State LA, Jocelyne unknowingly began her career working at an adult day program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. Rather than pursuing a career in public health, she chose to continue working with these individuals and became RBT certified. Since then, she has gained extensive experience working with individuals across various age groups, from elementary school to adulthood, in school, clinic, day program, and home settings.

Jocelyne holds a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Nevada, Reno. Her dedication lies in improving the quality of life for the individuals she serves through a compassionate and supportive approach.

In her free time, Jocelyne enjoys traveling to new places and exploring national parks. She cherishes spending time with her partner, family, friends, and two beloved fur babies-Janie, a Jack Russell Chihuahua mix, and Goomba, an English Bulldog.

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sofia recently moved to the Westside of Los Angeles to continue pursuing her passion for working with special needs children. With a growing interest in psychology, Sofia attended Saint Mary’s College of California, a small liberal arts college, where she obtained her Bachelor's of Science degree in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Sociology.

She began working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) during the fall of 2021, where she found her love for working with autistic and special needs children. Through her work as a RBT, she developed a strong interest in assessment for learning differences, implementing behavior and crisis intervention plans, and ensuring quality and compassionate care for all children.

Sofia is dedicated to continuing this work and is preparing to begin a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology in Fall 2026. She aspires to become a BCBA and further expand her impact by providing holistic and evidence-based support to individuals with autism and their families.

In her free time, Sofia enjoys spending time with family and friends, thrifting, exploring new places, crafting, and hanging out with her cat, Mona.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Maira earned her Associate of Arts degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from East Los Angeles College. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in Child Development Counseling and Family Services Concentration at California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Through her education and experience working with children, she has developed a strong passion for supporting children’s growth, development, and individual needs.

Maira really enjoys working with children and creating a positive and supportive environment where they can feel comfortable, learn, and grow.

Maira hopes to continue gaining experience and expanding her knowledge in child development and family support as she works toward completing her bachelor’s degree.

Outside of school and work, Maira enjoys spending time with family, friends, and fur baby, Bluey, who is a French Bulldog. She loves being outdoors and spending time in nature, especially hiking and visiting national parks.

Maira also enjoys the simple moments, like sitting on the porch with Bluey and relaxing. She’s happiest when she is able to spend time with the people she loves, make new memories, and enjoy the little things in life.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Christopher attended community college to pursue an Associate's Degree in Fire Science. During this time, he began working with an ABA company, where he discovered a passion for the field and decided to pursue it as a career.

Christopher began working as a Behavior Technician in the Spring of 2025. In this role, his dedication to and love for supporting autistic and special needs children has continued to grow every day. He works closely with each child to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conducts detailed data analysis to track progress and inform treatment strategies, and collaborates with families and care teams to ensure every child receives the support, structure, and compassion they need to thrive.

Committed to deepening his knowledge in the field, Chris is now furthering his education by pursuing an Associate's Degree in Psychology. He hopes to continue building on his knowledge and skill set, with the long-term goal of making an even greater impact in the lives of the children and families he works with.

Outside of work, Christopher leads an active and adventurous life. He loves going on hikes and spending time outdoors, taking his dog, Toby, on long walks, and relaxing at the beach whenever he gets the chance. He also enjoys traveling and exploring new places, and cherishing quality time with his family and friends.
